1. The Service

SHAiRE (the “Service”, the “App”) is a platform connecting a driver leaving a public street parking spot (the “Releaser”) with a driver searching for one (the “Searcher”) in real time. Use of the app, the website and any related service is subject to these terms. Registering for or using the Service constitutes full acceptance of them.

2. Payments

• Saving a spot costs ₪12, charged to your saved payment card only when a match is made and the reservation is confirmed.
• Upon a successful handover, the Releaser is credited ₪10 to their in-app wallet and the platform keeps a ₪2 service fee.
• Wallet balances can be withdrawn to a bank account using the details you provide.
• Cancellations, no-shows and failures are refunded in full or in part according to the cancellation policy displayed in the app at the time of the action.
• Bonus points accrue on successful handovers and can be redeemed for wallet credit as described in the app. Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Service.

3. Driver Obligations

• The Releaser undertakes to remain in the spot until the Searcher arrives, within the time window shown in the app.
• The Searcher undertakes to arrive within the timeframe presented when the spot was reserved.
• False location reports, location-spoofing tools, fictitious listings, or coordinated abuse between accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Violations, repeated cancellations or a low reliability score may lead to account limitation, suspension or termination.
• Use of the app while driving must comply with applicable law — via the car's screen, hands-free systems, or after safely stopping.

4. Liability

Listed spots are public street parking. SHAiRE does not allocate, rent or hold parking spaces itself and is not a party to the parking itself. It is the driver's responsibility to verify the spot is legal and permitted for their vehicle. The Service is provided AS IS; SHAiRE shall not be liable for direct or indirect damage to vehicle, property or person, parking fines, or loss of time or income, except as required by mandatory law.

5. Your Account

• Registration is permitted from age 18 with a valid driver's license.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date details, including vehicle and payment information.
• The account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You may close your account at any time via in-app support; balances are settled per the payments policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the app, website, trademarks, design and content are reserved to SHAiRE. No copying, reproduction or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

7. Changes to These Terms

SHAiRE may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
